The Opportunity
This established fit-out contractor is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its minor projects team, working directly alongside an experienced PM across a pipeline of smaller fit-out and client works.Projects typically sit around $100k - $300k, and you'll generally be involved across 1-3 projects at a time, supporting coordination, subcontractors, contracts, budgets and delivery.It's a great step for someone with some construction experience who wants to learn the PM side properly, with an experienced person beside them rather than being thrown in the deep end.

What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside an experienced PM to manage 1-3 minor projects at a timeCoordinate subcontractors, programmes and project deliverablesManage variations, invoices and purchase ordersLiaise with clients, trades and internal teamsTrack budgets, schedules and project progressCarry out site inspections as required
