Warehouse Leading Hand / Senior OperatorWarehouse Leading Hand / Senior Operator3fold Resources is a leading shopfitting and logistics provider servicing clients across AustraliaWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Leading Hand to work alongside our team and help run day-to-day warehouse operations.This is a hands-on leadership role, working on the warehouse floor with the team while helping coordinate picking, dispatch and daily workflow.We are looking for someone who takes pride in running a well organised, efficient warehouse and can set the standard for the team.ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations (Hands-On)Pick and pack customer ordersLoad trucks and assist with dispatchOperate forklifts and warehouse equipmentMaintain organised stock locations and work areasAssist with managing daily workload to ensure orders are completed on timeProvide day-to-day leadership to warehouse staffCoordinate picking, packing and dispatch activitiesEnsure procedures and work standards are followedMonitor picking accuracy,
