Surrounded by beautiful gardens with heritage buildings we are close to public transport both train and bus.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a hospital maintenance person, you will be required to repair and maintain the facility and demonstrate a can-do easy approach to problem solving on a daily basis.DUTIESYou will be required to undertake the following, however not limited to:Ensuring all emergency, preventative and legislative maintenance is carried out in compliance with all State and Regulatory requirements.Understanding how to procure maintenance services and equipment in a cost-effective manner.Thoroughly understanding all facility services and mains i.e., Gas, water and power mains and how to isolate.Provide a protected, clean,



quality facility that promotes person centered care.Demonstrate an ability to learn and continuously improve all maintenance operations at the facility.Other ad hoc duties.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Previous Maintenance experience in Facilities or Accommodation setting as a Maintenance all-rounder/ Handy PersonDesirable Qualifications:Trade Qualification is desirableCarpentry qualification is desirableTest and Tag Qualification (unless qualified as an Electrician) desirableHighly developed customer service skillsHighly developed written and verbal skillsPrevious experience in a health care setting desirable
