KLC Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Accounts Assistant to join a supportive finance team on an ongoing part-time basis.Working 3-4 days per week, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their finance career in a friendly and team-oriented setting where personality fit and attitude are highly valued.Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support a small team of two with a range of day-to-day accounts receivableadministration duties including:Keying and processing invoicesAssisting with weekly payment runsManaging credit card payments and subscription purchasesDifferentiating and applying taxes across various countriesGeneral accounts and finance administration supportThis role is not high-level Accounts Payable, making it ideal for someone with some administration or junior finance experience who is eager to learn and grow.Skills and Abilities:Strong attention to detailGood data entry and administration skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work well within a small teamBasic understanding of accounts processes preferredThe ability to speak Japanese that would be advantageousMost importantly,
