This is a wide-ranging and challenging role which will have responsibility for continuing our strong aftersales service and technical support to a variety of machine classes across our rapidly growing client base.Main Functions of the position:Service Support:Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on a wide range of construction equipment (excavators, rollers, loaders etc)Conduct inspections and diagnose mechanical / hydraulic and electrical issuesConduct repairs efficiently, minimising any downtime for our customersTravel to sites to complete repairs and/or breakdown support, including T1, Quarry and Mine sitesPerform emergency call outs and ensure timely resolutionCustomer Support & Relationships:Act as the "face" of the company in the field,



building strong relationships with various stakeholders (operators, site managers, customers)Identify opportunities for further service, parts or machinery sales and report this back to the businessAdministration and ReportingComplete service job cards, timesheetsDocument all repairs and maintenance as per SANY warranty guidelinesOur requirements:Good overall knowledge with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical who can generally work on all types of machineryRelevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in construction earthmoving equipmentAutonomous self-starter who can get the job done without necessarily a clear path in front of themGood written and verbal communication skillsDisplay a positive and enthusiastic 'can do' attitudeBuild rapport with clients and assist in growing the SANY brand in Australia.Able to work flexible hours when/as required to meet client expectationsWhat can we offer?
