This stunning hotel in the heart of the CBD features 244 stylish guest rooms, including 10 spacious suites, a restaurant and bar, fully equipped gym and meeting & event spaces.About the RoleAs our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in building a thriving workplace culture, with a strong focus on developing and motivating the team.
You will oversee front-of-house operations, including In-Room Dining, and be a driving force behind our financial results.This role will primarily focus on the dinner team, with responsibilities across the Restaurant, Club Lounge, In-Room Dining and Events, including overseeing dinner service and large-scale events such as weddings.
With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you will thrive in a collaborative workplace and support the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Specifically, this role will involve:Lead, develop and empower the team, creating a positive culture that supports the growth and success of the teamRun and manage dinner service from Tuesday to SaturdaySupport the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering and day-to-day operational planning to ensure smooth and efficient serviceWork closely with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy between the food,
