This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and driving business growth.
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, managing customer inquiries, processing orders and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
This role offers the opportunity to be directly involved in revenue generation whilst working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key responsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and emailsPrepare and follow up customer quotationsProcess sales orders accurately and efficientlyAssist customers with product, pricing, availability and delivery enquiriesCheck stock availability and expected supply datesFollow up existing customers and outstanding enquiriesRespond to and follow up new sales leadsLiaise with warehouse staff to coordinate customer orders and deliveriesLiaise with suppliers where required to confirm availability and lead timesMaintain accurate customer, quotation and order information within company systemsAssist the wider sales team with general customer enquiries and day-to-day sales activitiesWhat we're looking forIs a strong and confident communicator,
