In partnership with Curtin University's Goldfields University Department of Rural Health (UDRH), our new General Practice Clinic in Kalgoorlie will increase access to comprehensive and preventative healthcare while supporting the development of future rural health professionals.About the roleDeliver professional front-of-house reception and administrative support to patients, clinicians and visitorsManage appointment scheduling, patient records, Medicare processing and practice management systemsSupport efficient day-to-day clinic operations while contributing to a positive patient experience and high-quality care deliveryAbout youPrevious experience in medical administration or a similar healthcare reception roleStrong customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient careExperience using practice management software, preferably Best PracticeWorking knowledge of Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and related billing processesHighly organised with strong communication,
