Monday to FridayThis is a varied and important role supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Working closely with the Pharmacist and pharmacy team, you will help ensure the business runs efficiently, the team is supported and our customers receive excellent service.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral office and administrative dutiesEntering and processing invoicesOrdering stock and managing inventoryMonitoring stock levels and assisting with stock controlAssisting with staff management and rosteringAnswering phones and assisting with customer enquiriesWorking closely with the Pharmacist to support the day-to-day operation of the pharmacyAssisting with the organisation and smooth running of the retail floorProviding general support to the pharmacy team as requiredThe ideal candidate will have the following:Previous administration, retail or pharmacy experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work independently while also being a team playerPrevious pharmacy experience would be highly regarded but is not essentialThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills:MotivatedOrganisedReliableRespectfulProfessionalPresents wellHigh level of honesty and integrityTakes initiative and is willing to get involvedAble to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environmentIf you enjoy being organised, working with people and being an important part of a busy pharmacy team, we would love to hear from you.Screening QuestionsDo you have pharmacy experience?
