Job Description

Fairfield RSL is seeking a Dining & Events Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house operations across our restaurants, events and conferencing venues. You will work closely with the kitchen leadership and directly with the CEO to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires robust leadership, client relationship management and the ability to train teams to high standards of service. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential in a multi-outlet hospitality workplace.
