Responsibilities
Lead & Motivate: Coach your team to achieve top performance and create memorable customer experiences.
Recruit & Develop: Hire, train, and empower associates to grow and succeed.
Drive Results: Execute plans to hit key performance indicators and exceed profit goals.
Create Connections: Build brand loyalty through authentic, personalized customer interactions.
Set the Standard: Ensure visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
Be the Expert: Share product knowledge and teach your team how to elevate every customer interaction.
Manage Rosters: Create and manage efficient schedules to meet business needs while supporting work-life balance.




Sales & Budget Accountability: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets and budgets are met.
Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies.
Strategic Planning: Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability.

Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing retail or sales setting.
