Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ISAM / IAM Engineer to join our team and support the implementation, administration, integration, and ongoing support of Identity and Access Management solutions.

n

This role is suited to an experienced IAM professional with strong hands‑on knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and contemporary authentication and federation technologies.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Provide administration and operational support for IBM ISAM/IAM/LDAP settings.
n
Work across ISAM Base, Advanced Access Control (AAC), and Federation modules.
n
Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using IBM Access Manager.
n
Implement and support federated SSO using SAML/SAML 2.0 standards.
n
Integrate business applications with ISAM based on technical and business requirements.
n
Implement and support MFA, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms.
n
Support application migration to the ISAM Federation model.
n
Manage ISAM server configurations, policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, and related components.
n
Assist with server deployment and provide end-to-end troubleshooting and technical support.

Work closely with client and technical teams to build, configure, and maintain a stable ISAM platform.

Key Skills & Experience nn
Strong hands‑on experience with IBM ISAM / IBM Security Access Manager.
n
Experience across ISAM Base, AAC, and Federation modules.
n
Strong understanding of IAM, LDAP, SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, and ADFS.
n
Experience with application integration and identity federation.
n
Hands‑on experience with MFA and modern authentication protocols.
n
Experience with ISAM policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, and server configuration.
n
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and clients.
n
