SOUMAH of Yarra Valley are looking for experienced front of house service staff to join our fun and friendly team. With a passion for outstanding customer service and wine knowledge a bonus, we are looking for staff to deliver professional service across our whole venue.

Key responsibilities n

n
Delivering professional and genuine table service across our whole venue
n
Ability to operate tills and money handling
n
Maintain a high level of knowledge of SOUMAH, its vineyards, wines, winemaking and the local wine industry
n
Assist with opening and closing procedures to maintain a consistently high standard of presentation and cleanliness
n

About you nn
Experience in hospitality or cellar door service, including welcoming customers in a friendly manner, serving and clearing tables and working in a team
n
Passionate about great food and wine
n
Excellent customer service and confident communication skills
n
Wine knowledge a bonus, not a requirement
n
Current RSA and driver's licence
n
Availability to work weekends,



public holidays and Friday and Saturday nights over summer

Our focus is on emerging and compelling varietals from Northern Italy complimented by a strong French influence with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our onsite restaurant and Piazza Bar continue the Italian theme through a professional and relaxed dining experience. Open seven days a week serving lunch and Friday and Saturday nights for dinner over summer, there is also on-site accommodation.
