About the Role: n

You’ll support participants with:

n

n
n

Daily living skills (meal prep, cleaning, personal care)

n
n

Community access (appointments, social activities)

n
n

Supporting participants with intellectual disabilities and complex behaviours

n
n

Minimum 1+ years of experience working with people with disabilities is required

n
n

Following care plans and maintaining explicit progress notes

n
n

Working versatile shifts – including weekends, evenings, and overnights

n

What You’ll Need: nn

NDIS Worker Screening Check

n
n

All required certifications must be obtained before starting work

n
n





First Aid & CPR Certificate

n
n

NDIS Orientation Module

n
n

Australian Driver's Licence + own insured vehicle

n
n

Solid communication skills and reliability

n
n

Availability for a variety of shifts

n
n

Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (preferred, not essential)

n

n

Valid work visa or Australian work rights are acceptable for this position
