At APT Travel Group, we’re passionate about delivering unforgettable travel experiences. We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Trade Support Specialist to join our Sales team and support our valued travel agent partners.

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for managing complex booking enquiries and escalations, working closely with our Business Development Managers and internal teams to find practical, commercially minded solutions. Your ability to navigate challenges, build strong relationships and deliver positive outcomes will help support our trade partners, enhance the customer experience and protect valuable bookings.

About the role

As an extension of our Sales team, you’ll:
Take ownership of complex booking enquiries and escalations through to resolution.
Partner with Reservations, Operations, Air, Product and other teams to deliver seamless outcomes.
Provide exceptional support to trade partners and key accounts when challenges arise.
Identify opportunities to retain bookings, minimise cancellations and protect revenue.
Contribute ideas and improvements that enhance processes and the overall partner experience.

About you





You’ll be a natural problem solver who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys building solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will bring:
A qualification in Business, Sales or Tourism is preferred, but not essential
Experience in travel, reservations, sales support or customer service.
A robust understanding of travel booking processes and the travel agency network.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer, partner and business needs.
Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with Salesforce, Oxygen Reservations or Sabre will be highly regarded.
