From the fast-paced energy of La Piazza , our flagship and busiest restaurant, Sydney's largest Rooftop Bar Lady Banks , to the relaxed gastro-pub atmosphere of The Brewhouse , and the elevated dining experience at Marrow & Co. , this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple hospitality concepts.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. Team members with broad availability may have the opportunity to work regular rosters equivalent to part-time or full-time hours.

About the Role n

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests while working across a variety of venues.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding customer service
n
Taking and serving food and beverage orders
n
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
n
Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
n




Following food safety and responsible service requirements
n

About You n

You will bring:

A passion for hospitality and customer service
n
A positive attitude and robust work ethic
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
The ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
n
Current NSW RSA Competency Card, or willingness to obtain one
n
