About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a busy retail store and lead a team towards strong sales and customer service results. You will be responsible for the overall day to day operation of the store, with a strong focus on team leadership, sales performance and creating a positive customer experience. This is a hands on position suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved on the shop floor, coaching their team and driving results.

Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership position




Strong sales and commercial acumen with a track record of achieving KPIs and targets
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build genuine customer relationships
Confident and hands on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
Strong understanding of retail operations including rostering, stock management, merchandising and store administration
