Foundation Labour Hire is seeking experienced Aluminium Welders to join our client's growing team based on the Gold Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and reliable welders looking for secure, long-term ongoing work with a reputable business. You'll be working as part of a supportive team, completing high-quality fabrication and welding work in a busy production environment.

About the Role

As an Aluminium Welder, you will be responsible for:
MIG and TIG welding of aluminium components and structures
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Fabricating, assembling and repairing aluminium products
Operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and quality control
Working collaboratively with the production and fabrication team
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful,



You Will Have:
Proven experience as an Aluminium Welder
Strong MIG and/or TIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
Relevant welding or trade qualifications highly regarded
