Job Description

Thornlands Play and Learn is seeking an experienced Nominated Supervisor to lead the centre with a solid focus on team development, governance and exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for mentoring educators, managing staffing, rostering and day-to-day operations while upholding high standards of care and safety.

You will bring a proven leadership background in early childhood, thorough knowledge of NQF/NQS, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
