The Role:
Partner with leaders across a diverse portfolio of brands to recruit leadership, specialist & support roles
Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attraction through to offer management, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Build proactive talent pipelines that support business growth, internal mobility and diverse hiring outcomes.
Provide market insights and strategic recruitment advice to leaders, helping them make informed hiring decisions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, efficiency and the overall talent experience.

Experience & Responsibilities:
5+ years' Recruitment experience within an agency, RPO or in-house setting.




Proven success recruiting leadership or specialist roles within a quick-paced, high-volume or multi-site business.
Solid sourcing capability with experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates across competitive markets.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build trusted relationships and manage competing priorities.
Experience working within retail, FMCG, logistics, consumer services or another large-scale customer-focused environment will be highly regarded.
