Join our well-established team in Newcastle! We're looking for an experienced and capable Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join us on a permanent full-time or part time basis, including half-day Saturdays.
We are a skilled and motivated team committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are looking for someone who can confidently contribute across both front-of-house and clinical responsibilities.

This role is best suited to a candidate with previous dental experience who is comfortable managing reception duties, assisting chairside, and ideally supporting surgical procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while delivering a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing reception duties including patient bookings, enquiries, billing, and administrative tasks
Providing chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
Assisting with clinical procedures (experience preferred)
Maintaining sterilisation protocols and infection control standards




Preparing and organising instruments and treatment rooms
Supporting a seamless patient experience from arrival through to treatment

About You:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Experience assisting in clinical procedures highly regarded
Confident working across both clinical and administrative duties
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
