About the Role

n

We're after an experienced Service Advisor to join our Alexandria dealership.

n

You'll be the key link between our customers and the workshop, managing the service journey from booking to vehicle handover - making sure every customer walks away happy.

n

You'll be working across Chery, GAC, Leapmotor and Zeekr, so if you're keen on getting more exposure to EVs and hybrids, this is a valuable one.

n

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

n

Managing the full service cycle - from booking customers in to handing their car back

n

Talking to customers clearly and honestly - explaining repairs and invoices in plain English, no jargon

n

Preparing repair orders, quotes and workshop instructions

n

Working closely with Technicians,



Parts Interpreters and Workshop Controller to keep things moving

n

Scheduling jobs, monitoring progress, and proactively letting customers know if anything changes

n

Processing repair orders, invoices, warranty documentation and customer records

n

Who we're looking for:

n

Previous dealership Service Advisor experience - this is a must

n

Solid communication skills - you can talk to customers without sounding like a robot

n

Organised and calm under pressure - you can juggle multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment

n

Computer-savvy - Pentana DMS experience is a big plus

n

Current Australian Driver Licence

n

Bonus points if you've worked with:

n

EVs or hybrids

n

KPI targets and customer satisfaction metrics
