YMCA Queensland is seeking a HR System Project Manager to lead the end-to-end payroll/HRIS implementation and support digital transformation within People & Culture. The role will manage planning, vendor engagement, data migration and system optimisation, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You’ll ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose and adopted across the organisation.

The 18-month fixed-term, full time position is based in Fortitude Valley with up to 2 days of hybrid work.
