What You’ll Do - Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager n

Lead the team and keep the service running smoothly
n
Maintain food safety, quality, and presentation
n
Support new and existing team members
n
Provide warm and welcoming customer service
n
Keep the restaurant clean, organised,



and welcoming
n
Assist with stock, ordering, and basic admin tasks
n

What You Bring nn
Hospitality or supervisory experience (preferred)
n
Solid communication and leadership skills
n
Willingness to learn our systems and standards
n
Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment
n
Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
