Job Description

Solar Surge Australia is seeking a hands‐on Call Centre Manager & Trainer to own and optimize our appointment setting operation. This role demands accountability, conversion focus, and relentless drive to improve performance across the team.

You will train, coach, onboard current members, and lead daily management and coaching sessions. Expect direct impact on lead quality, script adherence, and high‐volume lead conversion to booked appointments.
