Experienced Carpenter | Luxury Homes | Brisbane Inner North n

As an experienced Carpenter at Activates Construction, you'll play a key role in delivering some of Brisbane's finest residential projects. You'll work alongside skilled tradespeople, maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, and help develop the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver high-quality carpentry across custom homes and major renovations

n

Read and interpret plans and specifications

n

Work closely with Site Supervisors and subcontractors

n

Maintain excellent workmanship and attention to detail

n

Mentor apprentices and less experienced team members

n

Contribute to a positive team culture on site

n

Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is not only a excellent tradesperson, but also someone who enjoys helping others learn and takes pride in delivering quality work.

n

You will have:

n

Experience in residential construction

n

Experience with high-end homes or detailed renovations

n

Strong understanding of quality building practices

n

Ability to lead by example and mentor apprentices

n





Excellent communication and teamwork skills

n

A positive, qualified attitude

n

Current unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport

n

Solid commitment to site safety
