Job Description

NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative for the Contact Centre. This full time, hybrid role focuses on assisting roadside assistance calls, delivering calm, explicit support, and guiding members to quick resolutions.

The role requires flexibility for a 5am-12am roster over 3 weeks, with training at Sydney Olympic Park and Gosford, and a commitment to live within 100km of Gosford. We offer training, allowances, and generous leave.
