We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a quick-paced, varied role that combines sales support, customer service, order management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for customer and sales enquiries.
n
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
n
Process sales orders, returns, credits, and freight bookings.
n
Track deliveries and provide customer updates.
n
Maintain accurate customer records and activity in CRM systems.
n
Coordinate installations and upgrades with internal service teams.
n
Prepare sales reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
n
Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance,



and Service teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers.

About Youn
n

n
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, internal sales, or a similar support role.
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
n
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
n
CRM experience (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
n
