We're on the lookout for a second Deputy Coach to join as a key leader, supporting the Head Coach (Store Manager), creating the best experience for our LSKD community.
Leading with our values, this role will be hands on in developing the store team and culture, driving key strategic results and ensuring profitable growth of their store in day-to-day management.This role is a dynamic opportunity to be involved in both the retail and fitness space.
You will work alongside the Head Coach to bring to life events localised to your store as well as managing the business.We get out and train together with the team each week to connect with our local community so if you live and breathe fitness, this is for you!
