Our approach is centred on understanding the person behind the numbers and delivering advice that is practical, clear and genuinely relevant to their goals.Our team brings more than 40 years of combined industry experience, with experienced Senior Financial Advisers supported by a professional client service and administration team.As Véurr continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Junior Financial Adviser / Associate Adviser who wants to build a long-term career in financial planning.About the roleThis is an opportunity to join a growing advice practice where you will work closely with experienced Financial Advisers and gain exposure to the full financial planning advice process, including client meetings, strategy development, research, modelling, advice documentation and implementation.
As your knowledge and confidence develop, so will your level of responsibility and client exposure.Key responsibilitiesAssisting advisers with the preparation and delivery of client adviceConducting financial research and assisting with strategy developmentPreparing financial models, projections and supporting analysisAssisting with the preparation of Statements of Advice and other advice documentationParticipating in client meetings and gradually developing your own client-facing skillsPreparing meeting agendas, notes and follow-up actionsAssisting with the implementation of client recommendationsLiaising with clients,
product providers and other professional stakeholdersMaintaining accurate client records and ensuring advice documentation is complete and compliantSupporting ongoing client reviews and relationship managementAbout youA degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business or a related disciplineSome experience in financial planning, paraplanning, client services or a related financial services role — preferred but not essentialA genuine desire to become a Financial AdviserStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityAn interest in understanding financial markets, investments and personal financeThe ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of your responsibilitiesA skilled and personable approach when dealing with clientsA willingness to learn and continuously improveProfessional Year candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.Your Career With VéurrWe don't want this to be just another job.For the right person, this role can provide a clearly defined pathway from Associate Adviser → Financial Adviser, with ongoing mentoring, training and increasing responsibility.You will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced advisers,
