About the RoleWe are looking for a Full-time Supervisor to lead and support cleaning operations at Ipswich Grammar School.This is a hands-on leadership role, combining supervision of the cleaning team with cleaning duties to ensure the site consistently meets Quayclean's quality, safety and service standards.You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day cleaning activities, supporting and developing team members,



conducting quality and safety checks, and maintaining strong communication with Quayclean management and the client.The role will suit someone who enjoys being part of the day-to-day operation while also taking ownership of team performance and service delivery.
The position may have responsibility for supervising a team of up to 12 employees.What You'll Be DoingLeading and supporting the cleaning team, including allocating and coordinating daily dutiesWorking alongside the team and completing cleaning duties as requiredMonitoring attendance, performance and completion of scheduled cleaning tasksConducting regular quality inspections and addressing any areas that do not meet required standardsEnsuring cleaning schedules, periodic works and contractual requirements are completedConducting toolbox talks and reinforcing secure work practices, PPE requirements and hygiene standardsProviding on-the-job coaching, training and support to new and existing team membersMonitoring cleaning equipment,
