Through facilitated group learning,



peer support, case discussions and guided professional reflection, the program helps graduates to:
Build confidence in clinical decision-making
Develop skills for effective multidisciplinary teamwork

About You
A recent or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited Social Work degree with less than 6 months' professional experience
Eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)

Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic about working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
