Join SALHN and be part of a team committed to closing the gap and delivering equitable care for all.About the role:Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, some of your duties for the role will include:Provide cultural support and advocacy for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and familiesFacilitate communication between healthcare teams and community membersDeliver cultural awareness education to clinical and administrative staffDevelop and maintain relationships with local Aboriginal organisations and community groupsSupport discharge planning and care coordination for Aboriginal patientsAbout you:Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally sensitive and accountable manner with Aboriginal individuals, families and communitiesAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with Aboriginal people, non-Aboriginal people,
