You will work closely with the Educators, Educational Leader,



and management team to provide high-quality care and education and support children's development in a safe and nurturing environment.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, implementing, and evaluating play-based learning experiencesSupport children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical developmentObserve and document children's learning in line with theEYLF and NQSBuild strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleaguesWork collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environmentSupport children's independence, confidence, and sense of belongingFollow all policies and procedures in line with National Regulations and Child Safe StandardsContribute to a positive team culture and professional environmentAbout YouYou are a caring, reliable, and experienced educator who is passionate about working with children and being part of a supportive team.You will bring:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareExperience working in a long day care or early childhood settingStrong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Secure StandardsKnowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law & RegulationsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCurrent First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management trainingCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent Police Check (or willing to obtain)Why Meraki?
