Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their Yatala team on a permanent full time basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong coordination and administration skills to join an established business within the manufacturing, construction or HVAC sector.The RoleThe successful candidate will coordinate customer orders and projects from purchase order through to completion, ensuring customers and internal teams are kept informed throughout the process.Key responsibilities include:Managing projects and orders from purchase order through to completionCoordinating production and delivery schedulesEntering and maintaining accurate order informationMonitoring project costs and reconciling against quotes and purchase ordersManaging variations and additional purchase ordersResponding to customer enquiries via phone,



email and in personPreparing smaller quotes in line with pricing structuresBuilding strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersLiaising with Production, Sales and Finance to ensure smooth project deliverySupporting reporting and process improvement initiativesAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years' experience in customer service, project coordination or order managementExperience within manufacturing, construction, HVAC or a similar industryUnderstanding of quoting and cost monitoringExperience using ERP or order management systemsExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesA professional, positive and customer-focused approachStrong relationship-building and problem-solving skillsThe OpportunityThis is a permanent full-time position with an established organisation offering the opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and professional environment.
