Every day brings variety and purpose, whether providing one-on-one support, coordinating memorials and reflections, or mentoring volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing.What you'll be doingProviding tailored emotional and spiritual supportSupporting individuals through grief, illness, and end-of-life experiencesHelping people connect with what gives them meaning, purpose, and comfortPlanning and coordinating memorial services, reflections, and visits from community groupsSharing wellbeing insights through care planning, meetings, and documentationRecruiting, mentoring, and supporting volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing
