Company: The Clinique Aesthetic | Wayville, Adelaide SAPosition: Senior Clinic Coordinator (Medical Aesthetics)Employment type: Full-time | Monday- FridayRemuneration: $70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation (based on experience)The One Clinic Agency is proud to partner with The Clinique Aesthetic in the search for an experienced Senior Clinic Coordinator to join its established cosmetic clinic in Wayville.Led by an industry-leading Cosmetic Nurse with more than 25 years' experience and supported by a Plastic Surgeon and experienced clinical team, The Clinique Aesthetic is known for its personalised approach, natural results and long-standing patient relationships.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Clinic Coordinator to play a key role in the continued growth and development of The Clinique Aesthetic.This is a senior, client-facing and operational position suited to someone mature, commercially minded and proactive who can help drive clinic growth, support and manage team performance, and ensure the day-to-day running of the clinic remains efficient and highly professional.Previous clinic coordination experience is essential.
Knowledge of cosmetic nursing, injectables and advanced skin treatments would be highly advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the growth of the clinic through patient retention, rebooking, enquiry conversionIdentifying opportunities to improve performanceWork closely with the clinic owner on growth initiatives, operational improvements and business developmentSupport and manage staff performance, including KPIs, accountabilityHelp maintain a high-performing,



professional and team-oriented clinic cultureCoordinate day-to-day clinic and front-of-house operationsManage appointments, patient enquiries, diary coordination and clinic workflowDeliver an exceptional and personalised patient experienceSupport the Cosmetic Nurse, Plastic Surgeon and wider clinical teamManage patient bookings, follow-up and ongoing patient communicationMaintain clinic presentation, stock control and general administrationRequirementsPrevious Clinic Coordinator, Assistant Clinic Manager, or similar experience is essentialMinimum 2+ years' experience within a professional clinic environmentDemonstrated experience contributing to clinic growth, patient retention or business performanceExperience supporting staff, monitoring KPIs or managing team accountabilityCosmetic, aesthetic, plastic surgery or medical clinic experience highly regardedKnowledge of cosmetic nursing, injectables and skin treatments advantageousStrong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to growthDemonstrated maturity, leadership and ability to take ownershipStrong organisational and time-management skillsApplicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights.
