TeleTech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a CSP Administrator to assess financial assistance requests after Ford Express Current Vehicle warranty ends in Australia and New Zealand.
The role reviews claims for correct category, repair method, and standard repair times per Ford policy manuals.
You will liaise with Ford Australia Service Engineering and Dealerships, respond to prior approvals within 4 hours, support CSP training, and provide reporting and project help as needed.
