We seek a Full-Time Sales Administrator to provide support to our growingteam in Virginia.
This is a fast paced but very rewarding role, that will require you to work efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing & monitoring trials
Processing & coordinating orders
Point of contact for customers
Providing Customer Service to all ILS customers as required
Following up funding approval against open quotes
Monitoring Open Orders
Facilitate the quoting, rental and sale of products.
Identify and facilitate referrals to other internal departments.
Answer customer calls and resolve issues in a timely andeffective manner.
Use Service Management Systemto log, update, follow-up,



close and archive customer requests.
