Mustard Made in Newcastle, NSW is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our global Customer Happiness team.
This hands-on role covers email, chat, social media and other channels, helping customers with product questions, orders, deliveries and returns.
You'll work with the Head of Customer Happiness and the broader team across Australia and the UK, learning our products, systems and ways of working, while delivering five-star support with kindness and curiosity.
