The Projects:
Projects range across variousresidential capitalandcompliance upgradeprojects such asfaçade upgrades,structural upgrades,roof upgrades,restoration upgrades,acquisition upgrades,fire safety upgrades,stormwater upgrades,demolition projectsetc.
Project values likewise range depending project scope e.g. from less than $100K and cango up to $3million or over.
Project managers will be managing multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements:
Previous NSW Government experience,



experience with residential capital and compliance upgrade projects as listed above
Please note, x2 references, Police Check via Fit2Work and LAHC Deed of Confidentiality are mandatory;
Required for this role white card / drivers license Housing Portfolio field staff are currently required to hold a valid White Card due to potential access to construction and maintenance sites.
To ensure a consistent approach to safety and compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, this requirement will now extend to contingent field staff who undertake similar field-based activities.
Valid Drivers License and Willingness to travel when required
