About the Role n

Building Future Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations and support technical and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities n

Lead and coordinate engineering activities and projects.

n
n

Manage engineering resources, personnel and project requirements.

n
n

Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications and technical documentation.

n
n

Develop engineering solutions and improve manufacturing processes.

n
n

Monitor project timelines, quality, costs and technical standards.

n
n

Provide technical leadership and support to engineering and production teams.

n
n

Ensure compliance with relevant engineering,



safety and regulatory requirements.

n
n

Liaise with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.

n
n

Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.

n
n

Drive continuous improvement and engineering efficiency.

n

Skills & Experience n

n
n

Relevant Engineering qualification .

n
n

Demonstrated experience in engineering management or a senior engineering role.

n
n

Robust project management and technical problem-solving skills.

n
n

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments highly regarded.

n
n

Solid communication, leadership and organisational skills.

n
