We are a Melbourne-based national commercial cleaning and facility services provider, delivering high-quality services across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Queensland portfolio.

About the Role

n

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across Queensland, ensuring service excellence and maintaining strong client relationships.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites in Queensland
n
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients
n
Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and quality standards
n
Manage, train, and support site supervisors and staff
n
Handle rostering, staffing, and performance management
n
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth
n

About You

n

n
Proven experience in operations management (cleaning or similar industry preferred)
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n
Excellent communication and client management ability
n
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
n
Results-driven with a focus on service quality and efficiency
n

Requirements

Valid driver's licence
n
Ability to travel across Queensland as required
n
NV1 Security Clearance will be an advantage. The successful candidate will be required to undergo the NV1 Security Clearance process
n
