Strath Hill Butcher is looking for an Apprentice Butcher to join our team.

You’ll learn the trade from experienced butchers in a hands on workplace, working with traditional butchering methods and learning how to break down beef, lamb and pork from carcass.

You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in producing quality products and providing excellent service to our customers.

Must be available to work Saturdays until 12:30pm
