About the Role

As Centre Director, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of a vibrant early learning service.

You’ll create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and families, while leading a motivated team and ensuring strong operational and educational outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading daily operations of the centre
Supporting educators to deliver high-quality learning programs




Building robust relationships with families and the local community
Managing staffing, compliance, budgets, and administration
Ensuring compliance with NQF and WHS requirements
Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing centre culture

What You’ll Bring
Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (as required)
Current First Aid, Child Protection & Food Safety + valid WWCC certifications
Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Confidence managing centre operations and supporting teams
A genuine passion for early childhood education and leadership
