The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our culinary team in the heart of Sydney. You will craft creative pastries and develop a retail line.

You will collaborate with senior management on menu development, seasonal launches and brand growth, while hosting masterclasses and media events to showcase our signature creations, including the renowned 32 Layer Chocolate Cake.
