What you'll be doing
Lead, mentor, and supervisea team of belt splicers, trainees, and trades staff
Coordinate daily maintenance activitiesto ensure safe, efficient site operations
Plan and oversee shutdowns, inspections, and audits
Work hands‐onwhen needed – pulley, bearing, and mechanical maintenance
Drive a safety-first culture– ensure full compliance with WHSE standards
Engage directly with clientsto maintain strong relationships and high service standards
Promote reliability and continuous improvementacross all site activities
What we're looking for
Certificate of Proficiency in Engineering – Mechanical(Fabrication-qualified applicants also considered)
Proven experiencein preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting
Leadership skills– ability to coach, mentor, and lead by example
Dogging & Rigging ticketshighly regarded
Excellent communicationand client engagement skills
Commitment to WHSE excellenceand safe work practices
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing site conditions, and manage multiple tasks
