OurRestructuring and Insolvency team act for major Australian Banksand Financiers, along with insolvency practitioners and corporateclients across all industry sectors.
This highly experienced teamprovides advice on all forms of loan recovery, restructuring andsecurities enforcement matters, together with corporate insolvency.
They also act in commercial dispute matters for corporate clientsand handle commercial litigation matters of all sizes in Australianstate and federal jurisdictions.

Working withpartners, Alex Smith and Claudine Salameh, we can offer you theopportunity to work as part of a collaborative and energetic teamon large and complex, often high-profile matters.
On aday-to-day basis you will have the chance to:
Act forAustralia's leading banks on complex restructuring andsecurities enforcement matters
Act forreceivers and managers as well as administrators andliquidators on the external administration of insolvententities
Adviseon various complex domestic and internationalrestructuring,insolvencyand litigation matters
Contribute knowledge andlearning resources, including precedents
Participate inbusinessdevelopmentand client relationship activities

We are looking for a likeminded individualwho in addition to possessing technical excellence and fantasticclient service skills is able to work collaboratively in a team toget things done.
We areseeking Lawyer (3 - 5 years PQE) with strongrestructuring,insolvencyand litigation experience who has ideally worked in asimilar firm on similar matters, or who has been workingin-house.
You willideally have previous exposure to large banking litigation matters,insolvency matters, general commercial litigation, managedinvestment scheme litigation, loan recovery andsecuritiesenforcement.You should be practical and proactive in your approachin addition to demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solvingskills.
A high level of client service is expected, as areexcellent organisation, written and oralcommunicationskills.
