Unique Support Co is a boutique NDIS support provider looking for a Disability Support Worker based on the Gold Coast, to join the team providing 24/7 Supported Independent Living care.The role offers consistent, good length shifts each week, varying between 8 hour day shift, 5 hour evening shift & 12 hour sleepover shift.Key responsibilitiesProvide personalised, high-quality support to participantsUnderstand each person's individual needs, goals, preferences and strengthsPromote dignity, choice and independenceBuild genuine relationships and trust with participantsWork collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency and best possible outcomesCreate a safe and supportive setting where every participant feels valued,

The hourly rate increases at 8pm Monday - Friday, on weekends and public holidays.
