The role includes:Prepare sales appraisal and listingFollowing up with potential buyersProactively sell, negotiate and close a residential property saleOrganise inspections & photo shootsInteraction with vendors & buyersThe successful candidate is:A Residential Sales Consultant with minimum 1 year experienceA positive qualified, who enjoys working in a teamWell presented and corporately groomedDesire and determination for successAn outstanding communicator with excellent time management skillsAble to provide a high level of customer service to both vendors and purchasersAn Agents Representative who holds a current certificate and drivers license.Experienced in RP Office but not essentialAble to work on SaturdayAbility to speak Mandarin would be an advantageWorking Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30 pm Saturday 10am - 2PM
